Delete your Voxian account

You can permanently delete your Voxian account and associated personal data.

Delete in the app

Open Voxian, go to Profile, choose Delete account, review the subscription warning, and enter DELETE to confirm.

Request deletion without the app

Email the request from the address on your Voxian account so we can verify ownership. We will confirm when the deletion is complete.

What is deleted

Your Voxian profile and authentication record
Uploaded documents, covers, study material, and listening progress
Voxian usage records associated with your account
Customer records held for Voxian by configured billing providers

Subscriptions

Deleting your Voxian account ends access immediately, but it does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel those subscriptions in the applicable store if you no longer want to be charged.
