Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Voxian (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable use

• Only upload documents you own or have the right to use.
• Do not use the Service to infringe intellectual property or other rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service or its usage limits.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.

Your content

You retain ownership of the documents you upload. You grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service to you (including generating narration, chat answers, quizzes, and flashcards).

Plans, billing, and cancellation

The Service offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan billed monthly or annually. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Deleting your Voxian account ends access to that account immediately. It does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription, which you must manage through the applicable store. The deletion flow shows this warning and links to subscription management when the store provides one.

Usage limits

Listening time and AI features are subject to the limits described on our pricing page, which we may adjust to keep the Service sustainable.

AI-generated content

Narration, chat answers, quizzes, and flashcards are generated automatically and may contain errors. Verify important information against the source document. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated output.

Service availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. While Voxian is in beta, features may change or be unavailable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxian is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
